How lucky am I that I get to work with partners who value our work like this?! Thank you to Strategic Association Management (SAM) for your partnership and this shout out.
Helping my client partners have the conversations they’ve never had before, and develop skills to improve how they take care themselves, take care of each other, and take care of the organizations they serve is a joy and a privilege.
The SAM team came together for a workshop led by strategic consultant Sharon Newport, CAE, last week. As part of SAM's commitment to fostering a thoughtful, inclusive company culture, this session gave our team the chance to dig deep into how we live out our core values each day, strengthen our connections, and continue building a workplace where everyone can grow and thrive.
We're grateful to Sharon for leading such a thoughtful, engaging conversation and helping us reflect on—and strengthen—the culture that makes SAM such a special place to work.
