Welcome to our new website! In July 2026, I launched a rebrand of my company and our website to better reflect the depth and energy of the work we do with our clients, as well as my vision for the future of our work. The LinkedIn post details are below.
In the last five years, I have had the honor of partnering with well over 100 organizations of all sizes from around the world to help them reflect on and evolve their leadership and organizational cultures. Sometimes this is a series of conversations, and sometimes this is years of change leadership work. It is a privilege to be entrusted by my clients and their teams.
Senior leaders often come to me when they are looking to:

– Create alignment and build capacity
– Shift mindsets, behaviors, and systems
– Lead change toward a new future
That said, we have all been challenged in new ways since 2025 and certainly since 2020. This is a transformative time. I am grateful that my company is as busy as ever, doing the same work we’ve always done with an expanded wisdom and refined vision for a new way forward.
