I’m grateful to have been invited once again, along with great thought leaders from around the globe, to contribute to the next edition of Associations Evolve. In my article, “Creating Equity, Inclusion and Diversity in your Association” on page 12, I emphasize the importance of change beginning with leadership. I also touch on creating a culture of belonging, which contrasts with the concept of fitting in or assimilation. Featuring several promising practices for the journey, I hope this article inspires leaders to embrace the call to action for leading cultural transformation, both within themselves and their associations.
