Embodying Your Leadership

Updated: Sep 13, 2022

Association Xchange hosted this webinar where my colleague, Marcia Feola, MCC and I could share more about how to embody your leadership. Watch this webinar to learn more about how to improve your impact and relationships.

Transformative and inspiring leaders embody their values, vision, and commitment, especially under pressure. Their actions are aligned with their values. The key to being such a leader requires us to build “muscle memory.” Countless neuroscience studies tell us that we operate on learned habits and instincts 95-99% of the time. The vast majority of our behavior is generated on autopilot. We believe we are choosing how to behave, but our rational mind plays a limited role in producing behavior. The body plays a far greater role than we previously thought regarding our perception and behavior, as well as informing our relationships. Based in recent discoveries in neuroscience, biology, and physiology, this experiential session will share theories and practices derived from renowned leaders in this field such as Dr. Dan Siegel, Dr. David Rock, Wendy Palmer and Richard Strozzi-Heckler, PhD about how to embody your leadership.
